I ordered this white fur coat for my goddaughter's Baptism, in hopes that she would get to wear it on the day of. But when almost 3 weeks after ordering it and very few days before the occasion it was not looking to promising, as I couldn't even track the package that had arrived overseas to US customs. No one could tell me what day it would arrive and if it would arrive before the Baptism. I contacted Isabella Sofia's customer service thru email and received a reply that they would make sure and expedite my package as soon as they possible could and it was more likely it would arrive on time. I was hopeful. But I grew weary and almost gave up hope when it was 2 days to the day of and still no word. Then like a miracle it arrived the very day before the Baptism. My goddaughter loves it and looked so beautiful wearing it on top of her beautiful white dress. Thank you so much for your help and great business, that was the best customer care if ever I had to point one out!
